P55 Emulsion Adhesive for High-Speed Applications
The P55 is a water-based polyvinyl acetate (PVA) emulsion adhesive enriched with plasticizers, offering excellent bonding strength and an extremely short drying time. It is specifically designed for paper and cardboard bonding in high-speed industrial environments.
With a solid content of 54 ± 1%, P55 delivers excellent bond durability after drying. Its viscosity of 35,000 to 40,000 cps ensures controlled and consistent application.
Applications for Paper and Cardboard Bonding
This adhesive is ideal for:
- High-speed paper bag manufacturing (up to 80 m/min)
- Box assembly on folder-gluer machines (up to 300 m/min)
- Bonding uncoated paper and cardboard in glue flap applications
- Bookbinding operations
